WHERE WILL THE EXHIBITION BE HELD?
The exhibition is held at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre, Dubai UAE from 6-9 February 2017. Click here for more information about the venue.
WHAT ARE THE OPENING TIMES FOR THE EXHIBITION?
Entry to the exhibition is for conference delegates and trade visitors only. The exhibition is open from:
- Monday - February 6, 2017 - 10:00am – 06:00pm
- Tuesday - February 7, 2017 - 10:00am – 06:00pm
- Wednesday - February 8, 2017 - 10:00am – 06:00pm
- Thursday - February 9, 2017 - 10:00am – 05:00pm
Registration is required prior to entry, click here to register now. Children under the age of 16 will not be admitted
WHERE CAN I PARK?
There are several parking options available
- Car park 1a: Free with capacity of 425 cars
- Car park 1b: Free with capacity of 540 cars
- Car park 1c: Free with capacity of 1,490 cars
Opposite Za'abeel Hall Entrance:
Car Park 2: Free with capacity of 500 cars
Behind Sheikh Rashid Hall:
Multi-story: Paid with capacity for 1,385 cars
Behind Arena Hall:
Multi-story: Paid with capacity for 885 cars
Next to Dubai Trade Centre Hotel Apartments:
Shuttle bus car park: Paid
HOW CAN I GET TO THE VENUE?
Metro: Take the red line metro route to the Dubai World Trade Centre Metro Station. The metro operates from Sunday to Wednesday from 05:50-00:00, and on Thursday from 05:50-01:00.

Taxis: The official Dubai Transport Taxis can be recognised by their cream colour and will charge you by the meter. Ladies-only taxis are also available. To book a taxi call +971 (0) 4 208 0808. Taxi pick-up is available at the venue next to the Ibis Hotel.
Parking Shuttle Buses: These will be available from the car park next to the Dubai Trade Centre Hotel Apartments for drop off at the venue in front of the Ibis Hotel.
IS IT FREE TO VISIT THE EXHIBITION?
Yes, the exhibition is free-to-attend. Click here to register for your free pass.
HOW CAN I REGISTER TO VISIT THE EXHIBITION?
You can register online now by clicking here. Alternatively you can register onsite. Onsite visitor registration and badge collection will start three days before the show at the venue.
Online registration will remain open during the show.
CAN I ENTER AND EXIT THE EXHIBITION MORE THAN ONCE WITH MY TICKET?
Yes, you can. Your visitor pass allows you to enter and leave as many times as you like while the exhibition is open.
I HAVE REGISTERED BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL. WHAT SHALL I DO?
Check your spam folder as the confirmation email may have been mistaken for spam. You may have made a spelling mistake in your email address. We cannot amend your registration details so you must register again with the correct email address. Click here to register again.
CAN I GIVE MY VISITOR BADGE TO MY COLLEAGUE ONCE I HAVE FINISHED WITH IT?
Your visitor badge is not transferable. Ask your colleague to sign up at one of the registration desks for their own free pass. Alternatively, online registration will remain open during the entirety of the show.
I AM LOOKING FOR A SPECIFIC PRODUCT – HOW DO I FIND THE RIGHT EXHIBITORS?

WHERE CAN I FIND INFORMATION FROM LAST YEAR'S SHOW?
You can download the Arab Health 2015 post show report for all information about last year's event. If you have a specific question, please contact a member of the MEDLAB team and they will get back to you as soon as possible.
CAN I BRING MY FAMILY TO THE EXHIBITION?
Minors under 16 years of age are not admitted to the exhibition. This is a health and safety policy and it is strictly enforced.
I NEED A VISA TO TRAVEL TO DUBAI - CAN YOU HELP?
MEDLAB is not authorised to process visa applications for visitors. Processing of visas for visitors can only be arranged through your hotel. Click here for more information.
I NEED A HOTEL DURING MY STAY IN DUBAI – CAN YOU HELP?

CAN I BRING FOOD AND DRINK INTO THE EXHIBITION?
Food and drink from outside the venue is not permitted. There is a wide selection of restaurants and vendors throughout the venue for visitors to select from.
