Is Medlab Middle East free for all visitors? 

Visitor registration to Medlab Middle East is free before 8 January 2024.

When will the payments be activated?

Our registration phase is divided into 3 phases:

  • Super Early Bird: FREE from 20 October - 7 January 2024
  • Early Bird: 100 AED from 8 January - 4 February 2024
  • On the Day: 200 AED from 5 - 8 February 2024 (Show days)

Why have you introduced payment for visitors?

Medlab Middle East has garnered global recognition for its dedication to laboratory innovation. The introduction of a registration fee ensures that every visitor shares our commitment to the laboratory field and arrives with a genuine purpose.

Will I get the same number of visitors on my stand if payment has been introduced?

We strive to get our exhibitors their target audience. Charging a fee for admission will guarantee the attendance of a more focused and committed audience therefore optimising the quality of connections and meetings that will be conducted during the event.

Is there a discount for exhibitors if they want to invite their distributors or clients?

Yes, as an exhibitor you can invite your clients and business partners free of cost throughout the duration of the show. Please visit your company's customer centre to find out more. 

Do I have to pay for exhibitor staff passes?

No, exhibitor passes within your stand capacity will still be free.

How can I register my colleagues/team members as stand staff?

Your company's main point of contact can log into Customer Centre and fill out a short form to nominate the team members. The nominated team members receive an email on the registered email address to complete the process. It is mandatory for nominated members to fill out the form received via email to generate their exhibitor badge and event planner access.

Can I register my colleagues/team members onsite?

No, we urge exhibitors to complete their registration process and generate their exhibitor badge prior to coming to the venue. 

When will the Medlab Middle East Planner be launched?

The Medlab Middle East Planner is set to go live on 22nd January, 2024 for everyone. However, exhibitors get access 2 weeks prior to populating their profiles and preapre for the visitors to log in to view and interact with companies.

We urge exhibitors to use the 2 weeks to complete their company and personal profiles. 73% of visitors are inclined to network with exhibitors who have complete information on the planner. Hence, increase your visibility and get started on your pathway to accelerated ROI.

Do I have to pay extra as an exhibitor to have a profile on the Medlab Middle East Planner?

No, your company profile on the Medlab Middle East Planner is included in your exhibition package. If you wish to upgrade your profile on the Medlab Middle East Planner to enjoy adding more products, ads, marketing collateral, etc. Contact our Sponsorship Team to upgrade

Do all stand staff members get access to the Medlab Middle East Planner, lead scanning feature and the mobile app?

Yes, all stand staff members get access to the Medlab Middle East Planner, the lead scanning feature, and the official mobile app. All members can seamlessly capture leads using the mobile app to collect accurate contact details of new and potential clients. 

Are there any changes to build and break down procedures?

There are no changes in the build and breakdown procedures. However, there will be no working overnight to allow for fumigation and sanitization of the halls for the next day.

From which countries do you expect to attract international visitors for the live event?

For the Live event, we expect about 70% of the audience to be from other GCC and Middle East Countries as well as Asia, Africa, and Eastern Europe.

Are giveaways permitted or discouraged?

We would discourage exhibitors from having giveaways on their stand to keep touchpoints at a minimum. However, certain exceptions could be made if the items are individually packed, sanitised and safe for everyone to use.  Please contact [email protected] if you have any specific questions related to giveaways.

Our Commitment to Sustainability?

At Medlab Middle East, we are committed to delivering a sustainable event for both exhibitors and attendees.Disposable, single use stands account for around 80% of the total waste from our event, which is why we are launching the Better Stands programme.

Better Stands is about moving away from the use of disposable stands to not only vastly reduce waste, but also improve the ease, quality, safety, and sustainability of the exhibitor experience at our events.

Is there Wi-Fi/Internet?

Wi-Fi at the venue is FREE. Exhibitors can get internet connection at their standby pre-ordering through the customer centre.

To what degree are cafes and restaurants open in Dubai?

All cafes and restaurants are open including those at the exhibition venue.

Where can I park at Dubai World Trade Centre?

DWTC provides multiple parking options, including Car Parks 1A, 1B & 1C near the Convention Gate and Za’abeel Hall entrance, as well as Multi-Storey Car Parks behind Sheikh Rashid Hall and next to Sheikh Rashid Tower. While there are limited parking spots, it's recommended to use public transportation to avoid queues.

Note that overnight parking isn't allowed, and violators will face penalties. Upon arrival, a parking token is issued, which must be paid upon departure. Lost tokens incur additional charges. For detailed directions and options, click here.
