Are there any guide or video to help exhibitors with their online profile setting?

You may watch the recording of the exhibitor webinar where we have demonstrated the exhibitor registration process and exhibitor profile setting on our Online event platform. 

I understand the exhibition will occur with social distancing guidelines. If an exhibitor has an 18 square meter booth space, how many individuals will be allowed in that space at a single time?

There are certain regulations for the number of individuals that can be present on a stand depending its size. Please refer the Stand Capacities slide for more information. We would recommend keeping your stand open with a simple display of products to accommodate more people at the stand.

On the Customer Centre, where can we register and manage our Online profile?

You can access your Online profile through the Customer Centre. Once you have booked your stand, the primary contact mentioned in your signed contract will receive a welcome email from Customer Centre. If you have not received this, please contact our customer service team at [email protected].

Please make sure to check your spam folder too.

Are giveaways permitted or discouraged?

We would discourage exhibitors from having giveaways on their stand to keep touchpoints at a minimum. However, certain exceptions could be made if the items are individually packed, sanitised and safe for everyone to use.  Please contact [email protected] if you have any specific questions related to giveaways.

From which countries do you expect to attract international visitors for the live event?

For the Live event, we expect about 63% of the audience to be from other GCC and Middle East Countries as well as Asia, Africa and Eastern Europe.

Since the Online and Live event will be held during 24 - 27 January 2022, what options do Live event exhibitors have to access visitors at the Online platform?

The Online platform is available FOC to all Live event exhibitors, although developing connections though face-face interactions is the focus of the Live show. The objective of the Online event is to assist in qualifying and pre-scheduling meetings in the lead up to the physical show, as well as fostering connections at the Live show through the Online platform.

When will the Online platform be launched to set up meetings?

The Online platform is now live to access and set up your personal profiles for networking and work on your official company profile.

A complete and detailed profile for the company will enable the matchmaking system to connect you with your relevant audience.

Are there any changes to build and break down procedures?

There are no changes in the build and breakdown procedures. However, there will be no working overnight to allow for fumigation and sanitization of the halls for the next day.

Is there Wi-Fi/Internet?

Wi-Fi at the venue is FREE. Exhibitors can get internet connection at their standby pre-ordering through the customer centre.

To what degree are cafes and restaurants open in Dubai?

All cafes and restaurants are open including those at the exhibition venue while maintaining the safety guidelines.
