MEDIAWEL 30 – AUTOMATED MEDIA PREPARATOR

MEDIAWEL 30 is the latest generation of media preparators, easy to use, efficient and ergonomic.

Compatible with all types of agars and broths, MEDIAWEL 30 can produce from 2.5 to 30 Liters of media and is equipped with a large and powerful stirrer (patented), stirrers providing a better homogeneity and temperature repartition.

Through it's 7’’ LCD touch screen, a user can record up to 50 programs, each one editable from 1 to 4 temperature steps (adjustable speed, time and temperature per step).

The cleaning is very easy and comfortable and avoids any risks of cross-contamination.

All the information is traced and can be exported in pdf and csv files through the USB ports. A “real time monitoring” is also available, through Ethernet or Wifi.

DISTRIWEL – MEDIA DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM

This media distribution system can be connected to the MEDIAWEL 30, and is a walkaway device, which allows for the pouring of 440 dishes in less than 30 minutes.

Media sterility is maintained from the media preparatory, until it is ready to be poured into a plate, through a filling zone protected by UV rays.

Its 7’’ LCD touch screen provides an intuitive display and easy to use control panel.

The Built-in Peltier cooling effect reduces condensation and solidification time. Depending on the application requirements an in-line blood addition option can be added upon request.

The easy-to-disassemble carrousel allows for complete cleaning.

The machine automatically detects incomplete or incorrectly positioned plates.
