Why have you introduced payment for visitors?

Medlab Middle East has garnered global recognition for its dedication to laboratory innovation. The introduction of a registration fee ensures that every visitor shares our commitment to the laboratory field and arrives with a genuine purpose

Are there any free passes?

Absolutely! We are offer you the Super Early Bird passes to those who register before 8 Jan 2024. Starting 8 Jan 2024, visitors will be required to purchase a pass. We've consciously kept prices at a minimum to ensure that Medlab Middle East remains accessible to everyone in the laboratory industry.

When will the payments be activated?

The registration phase is divided into 3 phases: 

• Super Early Bird: FREE from 20 October - 7 January 2024
• Early Bird: 100 AED from 8 January - 4 February 2024
• On the Day: 200 AED from 5 - 8 February 2024 (Show days)

Can I access the interactive event planner without paying?

Unfortunately, you will not be able to view the important details without your registration (FREE or Paid) as the interactive event planner is accessible with a registered email address.

Is there a one day pass available?

We do not offer per day passes. It is adviseable that you register before the 8 of Jan 2024 for a free visitor pass.

What access does the visitor pass give me?

The visitor pass will give you access to:

Does the visitor pass give me access for the entire duration of the event?

Yes, the visitor pass provides you with complete access to the exhibition for the entire duration of the event. However, please note that access to the conferences is not included with the visitor pass.

Can I transfer my badge to someone?

Any type of Medlab Middle East badge is non-transferable and should be used by the registered visitor.

What are the show timings?

Show timings for Live, in-person event:

• Monday, 5 February 2024: 10am – 6pm
• Tuesday, 6 February 2024: 10am – 6pm
• Wednesday, 7 February 2024: 10am – 6pm
• Thursday, 8 February 2024: 10am – 5pm

Where does Medlab Middle East take place?

The Medlab Middle East 2024 will take place at Za'abeel Halls 1 - 7 at the Dubai World Trade Centre from 5-8 February 2024.

How to get to Medlab Middle East 2024?

Medlab Middle East uses the entire Dubai World Trade Centre as well as creates an additional temporary hall to make a total of 22 halls of exhibiting companies as well as specialised CME conferences. Click here to see how you can get to Medlab Middle East.

What are the public transport options to and from the venue?

Local authorities have increased the frequency of trips to accommodate the expected volume. There are plenty of transport options available - metro, buses, Uber, Careem and Taxis available to and from the venue.

Where can I park?

There are very few parking options around the venue, so wherever possible we would strongly recommend using public transportation to avoid long queues.

Car Parks 1A, 1B & 1C are located off 312th Road, close to the Convention Gate / Novotel entrance, as well as additional parking near the Za’abeel Hall entrance.

There are two Multi-Storey Car Parks which have a nominal parking fee per hour and are located behind Sheikh Rashid Hall Sheikh Maktoum Hall and also next to Sheikh Rashid Tower (close to Hall 1).

Please note: Vehicles are not allowed to park overnight.
Any vehicle left overnight will incur a penalty fee and DWTC reserves the right to remove all vehicles remaining in the car park after the permitted 24-hour period. Vehicles are not allowed to park within the ‘no parking zones’ and DWTC reserves the right to remove any vehicles that are parked incorrectly or causing obstruction to other road users. Violators will be charged a daily fee plus administration fees. A parking token is issued on arrival and must be submitted for payment on departure. A lost parking token will be charged in addition to the respective hourly parking charges and is not refundable.

The event is strictly for conference delegates and trade professionals only. Children under the age of 16 will not be admitted inside the halls.
